Upon successful payment and enrollment, users are granted immediate access to course content, including video lectures, learning materials, and supporting resources. Due to the digital nature of our services, access is provided instantly after enrollment.
Refund requests are applicable only to selected long-term programs (such as Master Study Programs), unless otherwise stated on the respective course page.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of course enrollment.
Refunds will be considered only if total course watch time is less than 1 hour
If the course content has been accessed for more than 1 hour, the refund request will not be approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during enrollment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking partner. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after approval.
