Refund, Cancellation & Access Policy

At Aspire Civil Studio (“ACS”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to provide high-quality, project-based structural engineering training. Please read this Refund, Cancellation, and Access Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Course Enrollment & Access: 

Upon successful payment and enrollment, users are granted immediate access to course content, including video lectures, learning materials, and supporting resources. Due to the digital nature of our services, access is provided instantly after enrollment.

2. Refund Eligibility: 

Refund requests are applicable only to selected long-term programs (such as Master Study Programs), unless otherwise stated on the respective course page.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of course enrollment.

Refunds will be considered only if total course watch time is less than 1 hour

If the course content has been accessed for more than 1 hour, the refund request will not be approved.

Once enrolled, course access cannot be paused, transferred, or rescheduled. Users may request cancellation within the eligible refund window as outlined above. Aspire Civil Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule live sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appropriate alternatives or updates will be communicated to enrolled users.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during enrollment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking partner. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after approval.

6. Payment Gateway:

All payments and refunds are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners such as Razorpay. Aspire Civil Studio does not store or process sensitive payment information on its servers.
