Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Aspire Civil Studio, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with the courses they enroll in. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund. The following are our updated refund and cancellation policies, which apply exclusively to Master Study Programs:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the course joining date. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
2. Watch Time Limit: Refunds will only be processed if the total watch time of the course is less than 1 hour. If the course content has been accessed for more than 1 hour, a refund will not be issued.
